It starts with a quick consultation.
To get started, book an initial 1-hour complimentary consultation with me here. During that call, get ready for the questions that should be easy to answer! This is where we will get to know each other and I will listen to understand your travel preferences.
Next we create travel itinerary options custom fit for you!
After we have consulted, Mt. Airy will start the research stage! We take every bit of information given to us from our initial call and use that to craft ideas for the perfect itineraries suited to you. Within a few business days* you will receive a couple travel itinerary options. At this time, we should schedule a call to review the itinerary options together. During this time, we can discuss your preferred itinerary and discuss any changes that will need made prior to booking,
Booking the reservations for your trip.
It’s finally time to turn those travel dreams into reality! Once you are happy with the final itinerary, we get to work on our end, booking hotel stays, transfers, and your overall needed accommodations. Confirmations will be forwarded to your email, so be sure to keep notifications on. Once booking information and your deposit is submitted, it will be official! Your vacation will be on the books.
Adding in the extras as needed!
What makes your vacation type extra special is the details to make that trip perfect for those going. For a romantic vacation that may be finally doing the thing you both have been talking about for ages. For families, it might be adding a surprise in that the kids weren't expecting. In Europe, you need to get your transportation and must-visit site tickets in advance. Once you have a booked reservation, we can get started adding in the extra details - excursions, tours, restaurant suggestions, etc.

WE have a free travel app that you can download to keep all of your itinerary information at your finger tips. We will spend some time reviewing your travel documents together and preparing for what to expect while on your trip. We'll be standing-by for assistance while you travel to and from your destination. You won't find that on an online travel site!

As a business owner and travel advisor, I have significantly invested in creating strong connections with travel partners, personally visiting destinations, and meeting on-site tour guides, hotel managers, touring resorts, and cruise vacations. I work hard at keeping up with details and managing travel changes, especially during the pandemic, in addition to also building and managing a growing business. To be quite transparent with you, travel advisors earn a very small commission and are only paid several weeks after our clients travel. With this in mind, we do charge a professional planning fee so that we can in turn can take the time necessary to make a huge impact when it comes to researching, planning, and coordinating your travels.
Our professional fees cover a comprehensive approach to total travel research, using our 6 point consultation plan and detailed comparative analysis report. We pinpoint the perfect destination, experiences and accommodations that perfectly fit your desires. Our personal connections with the best suppliers in the industry allow us to leverage our influence to make sure that everything runs smoothly for you.
We pair the purpose of your trip (such as a romantic getaway, family vacation, relaxation or high adventure) with the right atmosphere, social scene, food and dining, activities, cultural experiences and more. All of it is designed to create a vacation that is uniquely yours.
Our vacation plans are not "cookie cutter' - each trip is personally curated for each client. We offer a free initial consultation and during that time, will ask lots of questions, listen to your wants and needs and then come up with a fee schedule based on the scope of work required after our conversation. Our non-refundable fees start at only $50 and we are sure that once you see what we do for you, you'll think it was a great bargain!
